Neil Cochrane

With more than four decades of leadership in aviation, security, and global
business, Neil Cochrane is one of the most respected figures in the private
aviation world.

Neil has chaired and directed multiple international airlines and operators, each with turnovers in excess of £100 million, and co-founded Sterling Jets — Europe’s first successful fractional jet ownership company, later listed publicly as Corporate Jets plc. His clientele has included the British Royal Family, the UK Ministry of Defence, Formula 1 teams, and global corporations.
An experienced corporate jet captain with over 20,000 flight hours, Neil holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot’s Licence and has personally test flown and delivered a wide variety of aircraft. His aviation consultancy has been sought by airlines, corporations, and governments — including advising the launch of Jet2’s European operations, now one of the UK’s major airlines.
Neil is also a trusted security specialist, having advised governments, supported presidential campaigns, and overseen national and international protective operations. His unique combination of aviation mastery and strategic security expertise makes him an invaluable figure within Sentinel.

Andrew McGill
Andrew McGill brings over 35 years of aviation leadership across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, with a career devoted to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational integrity.
He has served as Head of Safety & Compliance for Eastern Airways, Director of Safety for the Guernsey Civil Aviation Authority, and Head of Group Safety for Aurigny Air Services. His expertise extends to regulatory oversight, safety case management, emergency response planning, and industry representation at the highest levels, including the UK Flight Safety Committee and GHOST safety board.
Andrew has also led aviation operations in challenging environments, founding and managing an airline in Ghana, serving as Aviation Manager for International SOS, and directing complex helicopter and jet operations for VIP, security, and disaster response missions.
His blend of regulatory mastery, operational insight, and crisis leadership ensures that Sentinel operations are always safe, compliant, and resilient — no matter where in the world our members fly.

Andrew Marsden
Andrew Marden is a highly experienced aviation leader and security specialist with over two decades of operational and advisory expertise across military, law enforcement, and civilian sectors. A former British Army Warrant Officer and ex-military helicopter pilot, Andrew has flown over 4,000 hours in high-risk environments, ranging from VIP transport and HEMS missions to counter-terrorism and offshore operations.
He has served as Chief Pilot for the Metropolitan Police and the National Police Air Service, Senior Line Pilot in Kenya, and Instructor/Base Manager for Airbus in Saudi Arabia, operating under extreme operational pressures including missile and drone threats. His civilian and military experience spans complex aviation programs, covert surveillance, and high-value national security missions.
Currently, Andrew advises foreign governments and aviation operators on aircraft acquisitions, unmanned air systems, and national requirements for presidential jets and maritime patrol platforms. His combined expertise in aviation operations, instruction, and security strategy positions him as a trusted advisor at the highest levels.

Paul Moore
With more than five decades of experience in the travel trade and airline sector, Paul Moore is one of the most respected figures in commercial aviation. Beginning his career in retail travel, he quickly progressed to senior management roles, including Passenger Sales Manager at British Air Ferries and licensing officer for multiple airlines.
Paul has held key leadership positions with Evergreen International Airlines and Air Foyle, where he oversaw AOC licensing for start-up airlines, including EasyJet, fostering lasting professional relationships with industry leaders such as Stelios Haji-Ioannou. He served as Director of CityJet during its formative growth phase and established Air Cordial, acting as Accountable Manager and providing AOC cover for carriers including Air Scandic and Finnair.
As a trusted consultant over the past decade, Paul has advised more than 40 clients, spanning airlines, tour operators, and travel trade organizations, leveraging his extensive network with aviation authorities, particularly the UK CAA. He also played a pivotal advisory role in the launch and expansion of Jet2.com.

Yoanna Solakova
Yoanna Solakova is a multi-faceted business leader and strategist with extensive experience spanning politics, international business, and corporate advisory. As Managing Director at PBMC, she oversees company operations while driving growth through strategic initiatives, client development, and high-value contract negotiations.
Previously, Yoanna served as CEO of Atlantis World in London, successfully managing all aspects of the business from finance and operations to sales and marketing, before selling the company in 2022. She is also Founder and President of the Sunderland Chapter of People to People International, representing the organization at global conferences in Berlin, Rome, and London, including delivering keynote addresses at the UN.
Her academic achievements include an LLM in Banking and Debt Finance (University of Law), a BA (Hons) in Politics with Business (University of Sunderland), and professional training in AI, machine learning, and antimoney laundering (CAMLS). Fluent in English and Bulgarian, with working knowledge of Russian, Yoanna combines political insight, international experience, and business acumen to deliver exceptional results.

Sharif Ghaleb Kattan
Sharif Ghaleb Kattan is a seasoned aviation and business executive with extensive leadership experience in luxury and private aviation across the Middle East. Currently Managing Partner of Middle East General Aviation (MEGA), he oversees private charter, aircraft management and leasing, aircraft sales, and global trip support, driving operational excellence and client-focused solutions.
Sharif has held senior leadership roles with major aviation operators including NetJets Europe, VistaJet, and The Jetsets, where he specialized in fractional ownership programs, charter operations, and account management for UHNWI and government clients. His career spans over two decades, managing complex operations, strategic business development, and luxury aviation client relations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
An MBA graduate in Aviation Management from Emirates Aviation University, Sharif combines strong commercial acumen with operational expertise, successfully converting opportunities into growth, optimizing processes, and leading high-performing teams. His deep understanding of private and fractional aviation markets, combined with his extensive network of government and VIP clients, positions him as a trusted advisor in the region.

With over two decades of experience in high-end aviation, Elena has managed cabin crews for VIP charters, corporate aircraft, and multinational clients, ensuring seamless flight operations while delivering personalized, world-class service. She is renowned for her ability to train, mentor, and inspire cabin teams, maintain impeccable standards of hospitality, and anticipate client needs with precision.
